Every flow meter Energy Flow Systems manufactures is calibrated before it ships. Flow calibration, testing, and continued research have been part of how we build flow meters since the beginning — including independent laboratory flow calibration when your accuracy requirement calls for it.
We also calibrate, repair, and re-certify existing flow meters — ours or any other manufacturer's — so plant measurement stays defensible for custody transfer, environmental reporting, and process accounting.
The discipline behind it is the same code-shop practice that runs our fabrication floor: rigid inspections with recorded micrometer readings supplied on request, hydrostatic testing, and weld X-raying where the service demands it.
