Energy Flow Systems orifice plates are manufactured in accordance with AGA, ASME, and ISA recommendations, in paddle-handle type for raised-face orifice flange unions and ring-joint type plates and holders for RTJ unions. Concentric, eccentric, segmental, or quadrant-edge bores are supplied as required — and if you want us to calculate the bore, just send the flow conditions.
Orifice flange unions are furnished in ASTM A181 and A105 to the ASA B16.5 flange piping code, with stainless steel, PVC, and fiberglass available. Stud bolts are A193 Grade B7 alloy steel with A194 Grade 2H nuts and heat-treated jackscrews; bore tolerances are within AGA recommendations.
Weld-neck (RFWN), slip-on (RFSO), threaded (RFTHD), and ring-type-joint (RTJ) unions are supplied in 300#, 600#, 900# and higher ratings, with full dimensional data in the catalog below.
